This is June.
10 reasons why i love her:
1) She is always there when i need her.
(unlike me.... she cannot forget BIG APPLE cAfe)
2) She is a naggy mother hen who always know best.
(Eg: drinking herbal tea when u have "smooth
throat", sitting in the right place to
avoid the greasy smell @ hawker centre..)
3) She reminds me that i am worthy when i wallows
in self pity.
4) She embodies the noble passion of teaching.
(Right...june teacher...)
5) She reminds me that life is short and we should
not waste time worrying about starving
ourselves or wretched lives!
(hurray for durian puffs, Godiva, Andersens)
6) She teaches me how to be a more useful person
by teaching me the correct way to wash my hair,
to iron my clothes, and she never laughs at my
goofy attempts.
7) She loves me for who i am.
8) She gamely learns musict though she claims she
is tone deaf.
(Hey...let me tell you, June can do a good
rendition of "long long ago" on the piano..get
her to show you if you have the chance!)
9) She has a lovely name and we are fated to
become best friends!
(who can forget the nostalgic years at Nanyang..
THINK 1994.. :D)
10) She is a joy to anyone because of WHO SHE IS.
